He has long experience of 29 years in different businesses including Freight Forwarding, Travel Related Services, International Courier, etc. He has been running a number of reputable business houses in country in Management capacity. Mr. Anam is the Managing Director of Expo Freight Limited and Director of a number of businesses and industries. Mr. Anam enjoys enormous reputation in the field of sports, cultural and social work. Presently he is the President of Bangladesh Freight Forwarders Association (BAFFA) and Vice President of Bangladesh Cricket Board and was a member of the local organizing committee of the T20 World Cup 2014.

He worked as Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, and Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Mr. Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury is serving as Managing Director of Lanka Bangla Securities Limited and LankaBangla Group Capital Market Operations. Before joining in the current position Mr. Chowdhury served LankaBangla Finance Limited (LBFL) as the Managing Director. Prior to that Mr. Chowdhury also served LankaBangla Securities Limited as Chief Executive from July 2002 to April 2011. Mr. Chowdhury was the then Senior Vice President and Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited from May 2010 to March 2011 and May 2008 to May 2010 respectively. Presently Mr. Chowdhury is the president of Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association (BMBA) for 2018-2019. He chairs one of the first venture capital organizations in Bangladesh, BD Venture Ltd. Mr. Khwaja Shahriar, joined LankaBangla Finance as Managing Director on May 21, 2017. Prior to that he was the Deputy Managing Director and Head of Business of LankaBangla Finance since June 2012. Before joining LankaBangla Mr. Shahriar worked in various Banks and Financial Institutions for almost two decades. He served BRAC Bank Limited for almost a decade in different positions and capacity including Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Cash Management and Head of Probashi Banking. He also served in various positions in both GSP Finance Company Limited and Bangladesh Finance & Investment Company Limited. Mr. Shahriar also worked for Uttara Bank Limited, AB Bank Limited and Green Delta Insurance Company. Mr. Shahriar attended a good number of trainings, workshops and seminars at home and abroad including USA, UK, Dubai, Hong Kong, India during his long professional career. Mr Imtiaz Alam Choudhury is serving LankaBangla Investments Limited, a leading Merchant Bank in Bangladesh, as Head of Discretionary Portfolio. He joined the team on 1 January 2018 as AVP. Before joining LBIL, Mr Imtiaz Alam Choudhury served Grameenphone as Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence. Prior to that he worked at ACNielsen. He has more than 15 years of experience in Research and Analysis. His vast expertise in Research and Analysis will help LankaBangla Investments going forward together with other departments. He completed both his BBA and MBA from IBA, DU. His hobby is reading books – mainly business related – and playing football.
Mr. Kazi Mansur Al Mannan is serving LankaBangla Investments Limited a leading Merchant Bank in Bangladesh as the Head of Portfolio Operations. He obtained his Master Degree in Accounting from National University. He joined LankaBangla Investments Limited (former LankaBangla Finance Limited-Merchant Banking Division) in 2007 as Principal Officer and his responsibility was Portfolio Operations and Issue management services. As issue manager, Mr. Mansur successfully managed the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited, which was the first IPO issue of LankaBangla and also managed the Rights Offering and Underwriting of International Leasing and Financial Services Limited. Since 2010, Mr. Mansur concentrate in the portfolio management services and became the Head of Portfolio Operations in 2011. During this period, he managed 3,700 portfolio clients having a portfolio value of Tk. 800 crore. Before joining LankaBangla, Mr. Mansur served in Capital Market Services Limited (Merchant Bank) for 3 years as issue manager and portfolio manager. He has more than 13 years of experience in Capital Market. His vast expertise in capital market helped LankaBangla Investments going forward together with other departments.
Mr. Momin joined LankaBangla Investments Limited (LBIL) in March 2019. He is well convergent with the financial ecosystem of Bangladesh. He started his career at BRAC EPL Investments Limited and worked in Impact Investments Departments for a year. Later on, he joined Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), one of the leading private commercial Banks of Bangladesh, as Management Trainee Officer (MTO). After successful completion of Trainee period, he got the opportunity to work at Credit Department and maintained & developed a commendable portfolio consisting mainly of reputed corporate houses of our country. He got a good exposure to different industry namely RMG, Textile, Engineering, NBFI, Pharmaceuticals etc. He is skilled in Credit Analysis, Risk Management, Project Financing, Refinancing Schemes, Working Capital Financing, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Due Diligence Process, litigation processes under Money Court Act etc. At LBIL, Mr. Momin played an instrumental role in arrangement business and arranged fund in the form of Preference Share and Corporate Bond for different clients. He started his career in Finance and Control at Nestle Bangladesh in 2013 as an Accounts Officer in Treasury department where he gathered expertise on fund management, financial reporting, planning & budgeting and operational accounting. Afterwards, he joined LankaBangla Investments Limited (LBIL), a leading investment bank in Bangladesh, in 2014 and currently working there as Senior Associate and leading the Primary Market Services Team. He gained expertise in Information Technology, Service, Engineering, Fuel & Power, Textile and Financial sectors throughout my career. He has successfully completed a number of projects and mobilized fund worth BDT 14,519.32 Million (as on May 5, 2021). Mr. Mohammad Al-Nahiyan joined LankaBangla Investments Limited in 2011. He has been serving as Senior Manager in the Finance and Accounts team of LankaBangla Investments Limited. He is responsible for managing the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the organization. Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
