Securitization (Asset/ Mortgage-Backed Securities)

For some companies with significant amounts of collateral-grade financial assets, securitization can be a suitable source of long-term financing. Under securitization, firms obtain financing in exchange for the rights to cash flows generated by certain assets, by transferring the firm’s financial assets to a Trust/SPV, which in turn issues an instrument backed by those assets. Our securitization team will guide you through each phase of the securitization process from determining the underlying assets to be securitized to formulating pre and post issuance procedures as well as designing the cash waterfall mechanisms and the repayment of the securities in line with the company’s future cash flow.
